stock queries on split gal4 should show stocks in this order:
both hemidrivers
fallback 1: individual hemidrivers
fallback 2: individual hemidrivers in other combinations
this is for both - so the exact combination should always be first, but if not available, it's the hemidriver. if just one hemidriver is only available then that one falls back again.
