BREAKING CHANGE: IsQualifyingEarnings is now required on EarningsRate, LeaveType, and LeaveLine schemas (V1). IncludeLeaveLoadingInQualifyingEarnings is required on TaxDeclaration when IncludeLeaveLoadingInSGC is provided. Values are no longer derived when omitted.
