Fixed vertical practice graphic to be horizontal in new interface. Also fixed a number of minor coloring and text issues, and changed some aspects of progress visualization.

Fixed ghost progress tiles on master tile page, and fixed a number of minor issues with progress bars in general. They still don't seem to actually fill however.
