Most API integrations are fragile. They break on token expiry, fail silently on webhook timeouts, and leave engineers debugging at midnight. At FlowGenX AI, I own the backend systems that make integrations reliable — multi-tenant webhook orchestration, OAuth 2.0 flows across Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, Jira, and Google Drive, and RAG pipelines that give these systems memory.
