In ACE batch adaptation, replace sequential curator chunk updates with a ComBEE-style parallel proposal and LLM reducer flow. Batch reflections are optionally duplicated, proposed operations are generated in parallel from the same base playbook snapshot, then a reducer LLM deduplicates and synthesizes the final operations before applying the playbook update once.
