* Update pinned browser versions * [rb] scope unsigned-addon install guards to Firefox stable Bug 2045054 is wontfix in Firefox 151 (stable) but fixed in 152 (beta), so the install/uninstall unsigned zip/directory tests now XPASS on the beta target after the version bump.
