GitHub is now kept primarily as a legacy archive. My current repositories are hosted at forge.adrianpk.com.
I work primarily with Go and htmx, using domain-driven design as a general compass. I prefer building systems that start simple and can grow without friction, whether they stay as a single service or evolve into a distributed setup. The goal is to keep logic clear and boundaries easy to reason about.
I have also worked on production systems built on the BEAM, primarily with Elixir. Odin gives me direct control without sacrificing the clarity and ergonomics I value in systems programming. Racket occupies a different space, one I return to for the quiet satisfaction of reasoning through the structure of a problem with minimal syntax and expressive abstractions.
I approach emerging development paradigms pragmatically, with a focus on applying engineering discipline to AI-assisted software construction. The goal is to turn faster generation into a sustainable delivery advantage by placing probabilistic systems inside repeatable workflows with explicit constraints, testable outputs, and rigorous quality assurance.
Outside large-scale work I take on smaller projects that aim to solve specific problems sustainably, keeping infrastructure minimal and avoiding unnecessary dependency on external services or even myself.
