[BUG] New password form, Name, Username and File name are mandatory

Describe the bug

The new fields Name and Username with the Password file organization setting set to "work/example.org/john@doe.org/password" are now mandatory.
This shouldn't be as I usually navigate to the correct folder myself if it already exists. I only want to enter the file name and content and not have to navigate back to the root and then have to enter the names of the alredy existing folders in the Name and Username field.

In general I think its un-intuitive to have three fields labeled with something-"Name" in the exact same menu.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install app Version >=2.0.2
2. Set the Password file organization to work/example.org/john@doe.org/password
3. Navigate into an existing folder
4. Try to create a password in the current directory without having to enter all the information again and having to navigate back to the root folder

Expected behavior

Remove the "feature" again or at least don't make the fields mandatory. :)
Its un-intuitive to have three fields labeled with something-"Name" in the same menu and I shouldn't have to navigate back to the root folder to create new entries in existing folders.

Thanks for the feedback. Do you mean the origin folder (example.org) that you navigate to?

Not entirely sure what you mean. If I set name to example.org, username to john.doe, and file name to password it creates the follwing file path starting from the directory I am currently in/the one set in the directory field: 'example.org/john.doe/password.gpg'

Ok. I wanted to know which directory you usually go to, if you want to add another password (steps 3 + 4) for the same domain.

Perhaps the "Name" field should only be present and mandatory to be filled if the password file organisation setting is work/example.org

Depends on the situation. Most of my entries look like this:

domain.org
 |- username
    |- password
    |- otp
    |- description

and I have a misc folder where most don't follow a specific scheme. Either way, I often have multiple accounts on the same website/domain, or add a description or otp later, which are all seperate files being created in existing folders.

The "Name" field has been removed from the "New password" UI when creating a new entry in the app UI and if one of .../example.org/john@doe.org.gpg or .../example.org/john@doe.org/password.gpg is set as password file organisation. However, when creating an entry via autofill, the field is still there, but it is prefilled and its purpose is intuitively grasped. This was necessary, because the directory named after the domain may not yet exist at the time of creating the password item.

Thanks, but that doesn't fix it entirely. Would it be possible to have username as an optional field and if it isnt specified just dont create a new folder and store the file in the current/specified directory? Because if I want to add an otp, description or second password for the same username I still have to navigate one folder up or remove the username from the path field and instead put it in the username field.

That is not necessary. In order to add another file alongside password below john@doe.org, just edit password, insert the pieces of information you want to store and give it a new name.

But to edit it I have to unlock it first, it should be possible to do that without unlocking. Also, that's even more extra steps and equally unintuitive than having to navigate up a folder
