Summary

NIFI-16303 Integrates the new framework interface and implementation of the PropertyEncryptionProvider throughout the application for encryption and decryption of sensitive property values.

This integration of NIP-43 builds on the initial implementation of the PasswordBasedPropertyEncryptionProvider and provides compatibility with existing application properties while moving use of the current PropertyEncryptor interface into the implementation class.

The integration looks well designed and comprehensive. Reusing the existing encryption implementation preserves the persisted format and upgrade compatibility, while the new context-aware API is applied consistently across flow properties, parameters, and OIDC tokens. The unit tests and system test provide good coverage of the main behavior. Nice work, will merge pending green checks.
