NIFI-16329 Add Coordinate Validation for Registry NAR Bundles

Summary

NIFI-16329 Adds validation methods for NAR Bundle Coordinates processed using NiFi Registry Persistence Providers.

Existing validation checked for blank values but did not check the presence of other invalid characters.

Although NiFi Registry as a project is deprecated for future removal, additional validation ensures expected behavior for standard NAR bundle uploads and downloads.
