Database backup and initilization action update

• Dont show Schedule backup / Iniltilize database question and options if the user opens the form from clicking action button

• Use reusable backup and initialization form for all databases

• Restoresession runtime settings -> add container runtime settings

• Backup runtime settings -> keep redundant field collapsed by default (se linux options, environment variables etc)

• Make backup retention policy more human readable
