This PR updates the embedding-generation source list (vector-db-sources.csv) to add education content, including a new column intended to point at transcript sources.
Changes:
- Added a new CSV column:
Transcript Source URL. - Added multiple new “Educational Course” / “Educational Resource” source rows.
