Render previous and next Photo panels beside the current photo in both standalone and album viewers. Adjacent panels load independently, remain offscreen and inert, and show video thumbnails without mounting extra video players.
Add nested transition targets: gallery thumbnails match the current photo's outer wrapper, while every panel has an inner photo-specific target. This prepares the viewer for sliding navigation; drag gestures are not included.
Validation: formatting, client TypeScript checks, and client lint passed. Browser animation behavior has not been visually verified.
