Closes the one real doc-drift found in a post-session audit: CLAUDE.md's Commands block was missing the make targets added this cycle (lint, check-file-sizes, check-complexity-gate, check-directory-size-gate, sync-i18n / sync-i18n-check, verify-docs). Docs-only.
