This commit adds two new documentation files to the docs/ directory: 1. how-helios-works.md - A high-level conceptual guide explaining how Helios voting works from a user perspective, including the voting process, cryptographic properties, and end-to-end verifiability without implementation details. 2. architecture.md - A detailed technical architecture document covering the system implementation, including technology stack, component architecture, data models, cryptographic implementation, workflows, API structure, background tasks, and deployment considerations. These documents provide comprehensive documentation for both end users who want to understand the Helios voting process and developers who need to understand the system architecture and implementation details.
