search: add tests and improve pagination + perf#74

Port the e2e map-zip fixtures generator to TS (map_generator.ts) and use it to generate 100 maps for an end-to-end pagination test. Add currently-failing regression tests documenting the search review's findings: missing ORDER BY tiebreaker for tied sort keys, and the lack of offset/limit clamping.
