To do: cv_train, Brent Search, probably also low rank Eigen-decomposition?
This implementation gives the same p-values as lmm.py on the linear regression training data. TODO: Hook up with the scheduler. Test on larger datasets.
… package. Cleaned up lmm. TODO: frontend test on lmm
Hooked up lmm.cpp with the scheduler. Made changes to BUILD so that bazel test Model_Tests.cpp works correctly. Added lmm.cpp and BoostBrent to binding.gyp targets.
