This is a super-cool project!

I have a suggestion:

If you add a single bin to your package.json, and publish on npm, it will let you use npx for a no-install/no-git way to try it out:

npx tilemap-editor

I am happy to make a simple PR for this change, but it would also need to be republished on npm.
