Fixes Apple Pay QR/cross-device flows on Shopware 6.7 after switching to the official Apple Pay SDK: adds missing _routeScope on cart/update & order/create (412s), guards removed defaultPaymentMethodId on guest creation, uses InputBag::all() for the nested shipping contact, normalizes Apple contact data, sends valid Apple Pay completion objects on errors, hardens merchant validation, clears the cart after successful checkout, and improves error logging.
