Debug trace in log file

it would be very helpfull especialy if you are using REST services or you have some problem on production servers and you can not switch on debug on the view to redirect all debug information (Configure::read('debug') > 0) into some log file (the best into debug.log).

I think the whole toolbar. What I need is just redirection of debug info from the view to log file. Maybe it could be some extra settings in core.php which sets either view or log file.

Normally the toolbar disables itself when debug = 0, as the toolbar can slow down an application considerably. Perhaps it's worth revisiting the various settings to force the toolbar on as well. Its a bit of a mess right now.

Closing as the toolbar now stores into a SQLite database that can be viewed in a separate request.
