DebugKit breaks while trying to save state to Cache

I'm using ToolbarComponent in Windows and recently DebugKit began to break in all requests while trying to write state using FileCacheEngine.

I just love using DebugKit and since it's breaking the application I had to disable it, it would be very nice if this could be fixed, if you need more info I can pass.

I've found out that it was a problem with history panel. Is there a way to get History panel working and not having this bug?

Just to document, what I did to resolve was:

I am running PHP5.4.26 and don't have the above issue with Windows and Cake3. Composer update done, all up to date files.
You would have to give more (debug) info here.

Well I'm using a XAMPP stack with:

Apache 2.4
PHP 5.5.15

all running in Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium x64, although the XAMPP is x86. And my CakePHP is 2.4.6. Using the last version of debug_kit (c911030).

In the following files is the content of the variables $vars and $history before and after it enters on the for loop with :

Please try if the current 3.0 branch fixes it.

It really seems related to this PR (#284) @dereuromark.
I tried checking out branch 3.0, but as I imagined it didn't worked because I'm using CakePHP 2.5.7 (updated yesterday to see if it would fix) and the branch 3.0 is only compatible with version 3.+ of Cake. CakePHP 2.5+ can't even find the plugin in branch 3.0.
I have a Ubuntu machine at home I've tested the same code and the exception is occurring as well on Linux.
I think I'll keep history disabled for now, and some day if I upgrade my project to Cake v3.0 I'will just re-enable it.

@carolinamassae do you use the History panel at all? If you don't a cheap workaround is to disable that panel in debug kit

Disabling the history panel is probably your best bet for now.

OK, I'll keep history disabled, I really don't need that much (use it occasionally). Thanks for the support of everyone!! Great job with CakePHP and DebugKit.
