Mention the availability of Managed Kubeflow as a Marketplace offering for common Kubeflow deployments. Provide a reference for those who do not have common Kubeflow deployments to get in touch with us.

Rename the "Collaborative Optimizations" section as it mainly includes other offerings we have on Azure.

Content lgtm. One question on the double-link

-----------------------------

1. `Anbox on Azure`_, that allows users to run Android apps on Azure at scale
1. `Managed Kubeflow on Azure`_, a Marketplace solution for common Kubeflow deployments that leverages Canonical's `Charmed Kubeflow`_ on Azure infrastructure. If you are looking for a more customized deployment, refer to our `Charmed Kubeflow`_ page to get in touch.

Generally, I try not to have the same link twice in a relatively small area like this. I usually just don't link one of the references. @k-dimple thoughts?

Yeah I agree, I think I would just keep the link on the second one (mainly because that statement is more action oriented and would definitely need the link).
