CIP-0096 discontinued validator liveness rewards effective 2026-04-30, capping the faucet at $0. Activity rewards are now the only validator minting mechanism; update the two locally-authored tokenomics pages that described liveness rewards as an active earning mechanism. Editing those locally would diverge from the hash-tracked upstream source, so those need to be fixed upstream and re-synced rather than patched here. Left for a follow-up decision.Addresses part of #1049. Relates to #1038 (whose target page, troubleshooting-methodology.mdx, is one of the COPIED-block files above and can't be fixed directly in this repo).
