• Landing docs: add Continue.dev appendix to primitives matrix (#117) #351 (Continue) and docs: add GitHub Copilot primitives appendix #350 (Copilot) changes the open set
• Holding docs: update release notes draft with post-Jul-7 commits (#192-#207) #348 for stale publish checklist
• Publish-gap note for Add prompt-caching cost estimate to loop-cost #346/Add caching budget scenario to loop-context #347 remains valid and should carry into the next STATE.md refresh

Prefer one fresh post-triage STATE.md + run-log entry over merging a mid-flight draft. Closing after the docs merges land; no content lost that cannot be re-curated from this thread.
