Summary

Closes the version/publish gap left by #346 / #347 (features landed without package bumps), refreshes the release publish checklist, and rewrites STATE.md for the cleared PR queue after #350/#351 triage.

Changes

  • @cobusgreyling/loop-cost 1.1.0 → 1.2.0 — version + rebuilt dist / registry.json for --with-caching
  • @cobusgreyling/loop-context 1.4.0 → 1.5.0 — version + rebuilt dist for --budget-scenario caching
  • README flags for both CLIs
  • RELEASE_NOTES_DRAFT.md — accurate npm table (supersedes stale docs: update release notes draft with post-Jul-7 commits (#192-#207) #348)
  • STATE.md + loop-run-log.md — post-triage queue

Publish after merge

git tag loop-cost-v1.2.0 && git push origin loop-cost-v1.2.0
git tag loop-context-v1.5.0 && git push origin loop-context-v1.5.0

Supersedes #348.

Test plan

  • cd tools/loop-cost && npm ci && npm test (12 pass)
  • cd tools/loop-context && npm ci && npm test (51 pass)
  • CI validate + audit green
  • Tags trigger release workflows; npm view shows new versions

Publish the prompt-caching estimate (#346) and caching budget scenario
(#347): version bumps, rebuilt dist, refresh RELEASE_NOTES_DRAFT checklist,
and rewrite STATE after #350/#351 PR triage.

Loop Readiness Audit

Score: 100/100 (L3)

Strong loop readiness — good candidate for L3 with explicit gates.
