docs(mix-winds): document functional API

Summary

• Update the mix_winds landing page, ecosystem guide, and live Flutter preview to use the lowercase functional API and semantic button helpers.
• Clarify that TwScope is optional for utility parsing, document the three behaviors it adds, and retain it in the parity preview for Tailwind Preflight typography.
• Use a versionless Git install command while the pub.dev name points to a placeholder package, and add regression coverage for the documented API and install syntax.

Validation

• npm run test:site — 41 tests passed.
• pnpm build — production build passed and generated 101 static pages.
• fvm flutter analyze lib/ecosystem/mix_winds.dart — no issues found.
• fvm flutter test test/widget_test.dart — 2 tests passed.
• The documented flutter pub add --dry-run Git descriptor resolved successfully with Flutter 3.41.7 and the current docs toolchain.
• Browser-verified /mix-winds and /documentation/mix/ecosystem/mix-winds at 1440px and 390px widths; CTA targets, code-block scrolling, and page overflow are correct.
