Stages the June draft (privacy-trimmed) + the UAT proof scaffold + sign-off block. The first-post publish is blocked by a pre-existing deploy failure: GH_PAT lost read access to the private consolelabs/content submodule, so no deploy has succeeded in 30+ runs and the merged 07 reskin is not live.
