Summary

• Bump package.json to 0.2.104 (from scripts/release.sh).
• Changelog already landed in Cut changelog for 0.2.104 #547. Binaries and the GitHub release are built; this PR puts the version bump on main so the tag can point at the release commit.

Verification

• scripts/release.sh 0.2.104 --no-push compiled macos-arm64/x64 and linux-x64/arm64, smoked macos-arm64, packaged tarballs + debs.

Test plan

• package.json version is 0.2.104
• After merge, retarget v0.2.104 at this commit (gh created the tag on the changelog merge before this bump existed)
