What's in this release

• Re-read pressure no longer triggers a hard stop on a working subagent
• Shell reads and edits (sed -i, heredocs, redirection) now count as work evidence
• Every stop/nudge is logged to interventions.jsonl, plus per-dispatch outcome records and a forensics script
• Resuming a session with one corrupted history line shows the rest of the transcript instead of a blank error

Not included (no user-facing entry — internal only)

• Duplicate repetition detector consolidated (no behavior change)
• TUI test renderers freed (test-infra only)
• Release commit now lands on main through a PR (release tooling only)
