Summary: Adds opt-in tc task show --verify-signatures using a task-scoped verifier for route_audit, validation_result, and route_decision signed ledger events. Keeps flag-off output unchanged and leaves whole-ledger tc audit --verify-signatures untouched. Updates CR-117 docs and points the next telemetry lane at CR-118 schema and CR-119 probe. Validation: focused CR-117/task-show/registry/ledger/tc-cli set: 65 passed. Full Windows suite on the PR branch: 900 passed, 2 skipped. Notes: no routing, approval, signing, ledger-write, backend, or probe-execution semantics changed.
