Docs-only: brings the README up to date with the FLUX.1-schnell and FLUX.2 Klein 4B ports and the completed LTX-2.3 work. Features and supported-models lists updated, FLUX quickstart added (gated vs ungated download paths, measured timings), roadmap refreshed. No version bump per convention (docs-only).
Note: the README references man/figures/*.png that are not tracked in the repo, so the images render broken on GitHub — pre-existing, untouched here.
