Adicionei o filtro --parent ao comando wi list em @/hd2tb/plane-cli/src/planecli/commands/work_items.py:
Novo parâmetro parent: str | None em list_() aceitando identificador (ABC-123), UUID ou nome (com --project).
Resolução: usa resolve_work_item_async quando --project é fornecido, caso contrário resolve_work_item_across_projects_async (igual ao padrão usado em create).
Filtro: mantém apenas itens cujo campo parent é igual ao UUID resolvido.
Teste novo test_list_filter_by_parent em @/hd2tb/plane-cli/tests/test_commands/test_work_items.py:658-693 verificando a filtragem; helper _make_work_item_dict agora suporta parent=.
Uso:
planecli wi list --parent ABC-123 planecli wi list -p Frontend --parent "Epic name"
