The docs had no coverage of Crowdin Skills, the approach that replaced the deprecated Context Harvester CLI. This adds an article for them on the Developer Portal and links it from the places where the question "how do I add context at scale" comes up.

New article developer/crowdin-skills:

• What Skills are, and how they differ from the Crowdin MCP Server: Skills carry knowledge and work next to your source code, the MCP Server connects the agent to your Crowdin account
• The eight available skills
• The context enrichment flow: download, enrich, upload, plus status and reset
• Installation links to the repository README instead of listing the variants, since new install methods keep being added

Placement and cross-links:

• Sidebar: Dev Tools group, directly under Overview
• A Crowdin Skills section opens the Dev Tools overview page
• Advisors: a Read more at the end of Built-in Checks, next to the string context coverage check
• String Management: a Read more in String Editing
• Crowdin MCP Server: a mutual link, so the two AI agent surfaces point at each other
