Hotkey, notification, and focus window detection feature.

First of all, I want to express my boundless gratitude to you. This little tool actually saved my f*cking life. Thank you for saving my life, bro.
Also, would it be possible to add a few features?

• When it detects that I press WASDEQFR or Ctrl, disable the Windows key; leave it enabled at all other times.
• When a specific key is pressed (I’d personally like to bind it to F1–F12 or the numpad), temporarily disable this tool and pop up a notification.
• When the focus window is not that full-screen window, do not disable the Windows key.

These would be a huge help to my user experience. If you’re willing to keep updating this tool, I would be incredibly grateful.

当检测到我按下WASDEQFR Ctrl时，禁用掉win key，其它时候不禁用。
当按下某个特定的键时（我个人喜欢把它绑定在F1~12或小键盘上），暂时禁用掉这个工具，同时弹出一个提示。
当前台窗口并非那个全屏的窗口时，不禁用win key。

这真的会对使用体验有非常大的帮助，如果你还愿意去更新它，我将感激不尽。

Don't disable when WASDEQFR or Ctrl is not pressed.

A configurable system would fit right in with these kinds of specific requirements. However I unfortunately don't have the time or energy to build one (with optimizations and stuff) properly in the foreseeable future. In the meantime I'd recommand using an AI model to modify the source code to make it behave like that.

Configurable hotkey to enable/disable this tool with a notification.

Same as above, sounds achievable with AI. Given there's already a WH_KEYBOARD_LL listener to capture the F1~F12 keypress events it should be trivial to do so.

Don't block the Windows key when fullscreen window is out of focus.

v0.2 has been released to address this. Note that by enabling this check it slightly increases the overhead.
