Pre-review for @marcduiker handoff: LGTM with nits.

  • DAPR1002 description has an extra leading quote character: "Unable to parse the Configured Dapr runtime target version — looks like a copy/paste artifact. Worth a quick cleanup.
  • The Compatibility category is correctly added to the category list at the bottom — good catch.
    Nothing blocking — Marc, your call to merge as-is or ask author to address.
