E2E tests: the PR's auto Integration Tests trigger dispatched the canonical run → https://github.com/databricks-eng/eng-dev-ecosystem/actions/runs/33768013826 (this one is wired to the PR check and auto-approves on success).

Note: private execution in the databricks-eng org (IP allow-listed) — only EMU corporate accounts on VPN can open it; personal/public accounts or off-VPN get HTTP 403.

(A redundant manual trigger was cancelled to avoid two runs colliding on the shared test workspace.)
