Fixes #835\n\nImage-generation requests that time out are still recorded as unknown. Direct Chat can now present its existing explicit confirmation controls for these receipts. Confirming that the request did not take effect closes only the prior receipt, so any retry is a new tool call rather than an automatic replay.
