Locally verified: reproduced the EOFError race (30 parallel yapf runs, 1/30 crashed with yapf 0.40.0, 0/30 with 0.43.0; root cause matches google/yapf#1164, fixed by atomic pickle write in google/yapf#1243). Also confirmed yapf 0.43.0 produces zero reformatting diffs against the repo, so the one-line bump is safe. Approving — please add to merge queue.
