Description

As requested in #653 (comment), this PR consolidates the four individual helpers4 feature entries (Git Absorb, Shell History Per Project, Angular Dev, Local Mounts) into a single collection entry pointing to the repository root.

The crawler will automatically detect all features from the repo.

There is actually 10 features in helpers4/devcontainer:

• shell-history-per-project
• git-absorb
• local-mounts
• package-auto-install
• auto-header
• peon-ping
• essential-dev
• vite-plus
• typescript-dev
• angular-dev
