l3regex is obsolete, replace with expl3

Hi, I really like this package. Thank a lot for making it!

With TeX Live on current stable Ubuntu, I get a warning message saying that l3regex is obsolete:

Thank you for pointing it out. However, this package itself is outdated now in that this does not support all of the latest Unicode emoji specifications. Instead, I recommend to you that you consider using bxcoloremoji package, which is a successor of my package and still being updated actively for the latest Unicode emoji specifications.

Ah too bad that you're package isn't developed further. bxcologemoji looks interesting but apparently emoji need to be wrapped in a macro there. With your package I really liked that I could just enter the emoji and be done.
