Fixes 11 stale internal cross-reference bookmarks in standard/classes.md after C# 12 section renumbering.
C# 12 section insertions renumbered struct, indexer-access, and record-class targets. This updates both visible section numbers and generated-heading bookmarks.
Resolved: 11 warnings blocking dotnet/docs v12-alpha publishing (dotnet/docs#55428).
Validation: git diff --check passes, all targets verified, no stale anchors remain.
