修复 v3.0.0 Release 流水线 Lint (Release gate) 失败的根因:消除无法自动修复的分析器诊断。
本地已验证 dotnet format --verify-no-changes EXIT=0,受影响测试全绿。合并后将重打 v3.0.0 tag 重新触发 GA 发布。
