[integration/peerlab] Bugfix/torch array overlow
Each quadtree build now has a preceding log at the caller (prediction graph setup, graph tiling, TileFit label/mask, intersects buffer-filter) so builds can be attributed to a stage and redundant rebuilds spotted. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
