Resolved the merge conflicts in commit bd68c52. The conflict in roles/Approvers.md was resolved by accepting master's changes (which removed imeoer and BraveY from the approvers list per #174). The roles/Maintainers.md changes (moving jiangliu, NehemiahMi, and jim3ma to the emeritus list) were preserved cleanly.
