Loadflow does not converge for "1-EHVHV-mixed-all-1-no_sw"

From #1430 I noticed that even the basic case running runpp gives a loadflow not converged error.

first of all thanks for maintaining this nice project!

@HaiQ31 the comment you linked makes it possible to run a converging power flow on a simbench grid using the provided operating points and the pp.runpp(net, voltage_depend_loads=False) command.

However, the timeseries simulation presented in the tutorial notebook simbench_grids_basics_and_usage in section Using pandapower timeseries module raises the same error LoadflowNotConverged within the function pandapower.timeseries.run_time_series.run_timeseries. Here the simple workaround cannot be applied.
