[mysql_enterprise] Add ignore_older for audit data stream

Added ignore_older input for audit Data Streams. This will allow to enable the integration on systems with history without ingesting old files.

How to test this PR locally

Setup the integration, specify an ignore_older value higher then old files already existing, check that these were not collected.
