Context
The approval guidelines state:
Once a game has been approved for publication on Stake/Stake-US, only minor updates to address visual issues are permitted, unless otherwise requested by the Engine team. Changes to the underlying math model, the addition of new game modes, or modifications to gameplay mechanics will not be allowed.
We're scoping a game with a depth-tied cosmetic biome/scenery progression (jungle → desert → deeper zones) and want to plan our submission scope correctly rather than guess.
Question
Does "minor updates to address visual issues" cover adding new cosmetic content after approval — e.g. a new backdrop biome, a new hazard-creature reskin, additional decorative tiers — provided none of it touches RTP, weights, or gameplay mechanics? Or is that restriction scoped only to fixing existing visual issues (bugs/polish), meaning any content we plan to ship eventually needs to exist at first submission?
Concretely: could we submit with a smaller initial content set and add more purely-cosmetic content post-launch, or does everything we intend to ship need to be in the initial review?
