Summary

• Cap and Surface Offline Queue Size Limits to Avoid Unbounded Growth #239 iOS/Android: PendingCheckInStore and PendingActionDao both cap the queue at 50, evicting the oldest item on overflow. VaultUiState
  surfaces queueAtCapacity/queueNearCapacity flags. A QueueCapacityBanner composable (Android) and queueAtCapacity published state (iOS) show the
  warning in-app.
  • Add Conflict Resolution When a Queued Offline Check-In Targets an Already-Expired Vault #238 iOS/Android: HTTP 410 is now handled separately from other non-retryable codes. Instead of a silent drop, showVaultExpiredNotification()
    posts a clear "Check-in Failed — Vault Expired" notification on both platforms telling the user the vault may have released funds.
  • Localize Push Notification Payload Strings Server-Side Negotiated by Accept-Language #237 iOS/Android: PushRegistration model includes a locale field (BCP 47 tag). APIClient.swift and Android's model default populate it
    automatically at registration time. Client-side fallback strings note where .strings resources should be added for full localization.
  • Test Deep-Link Extras Survive Cold Start From a Terminated-State Notification Tap #236 iOS/Android: ColdStartDeepLinkTest.kt (Android) and ColdStartNotificationTests (iOS) cover the terminated-state tap scenario — vault_id
    extraction, process-death SavedStateHandle survival, graceful nil/invalid handling, and 404/410 non-retryable paths.

2. chore: expand .gitignore — now excludes Xcode generated projects, DerivedData, test snapshots (Snapshots/), Android build dirs,
   .jks/.keystore, google-services.json, .DS_Store, .idea/, and more.
