Field Notes: Display issues on Input Mask plugin example

Related to #12 and extnet/Ext.NET#1428, this example also needed the workaround for the current version of Ext.NET (4.2.0) when browsing the example with google chrome ~v56.

This should be removed when the bug is fixed.

The example should also get specific window height depending on the active theme.
