Replaces inefficient fetch of all employee IDs with a lightweight count query when checking if an employer can be deleted. This reduces data transfer and improves performance. - Uses `count: 'exact', head: true` in Supabase query. - Adds regression test to ensure optimized query is used.

💡 What: Replaced the query that fetched all employee IDs with a
countquery using{ count: 'exact', head: true }inEmployerService.deleteEmployer.🎯 Why: Fetching all IDs just to check if the list is empty is inefficient, especially for employers with many employees. A count query is much lighter on the database and network.
📊 Measured Improvement:
idfields for all employees of an employer.HEADrequest returning only the count, transferring zero row data.EmployerService.perf.test.tswhich mocks the Supabase client and verifies that the optimized query parameters are used. Tests passed confirming functionality is preserved and the optimized query is executed.PR created automatically by Jules for task 14136249186176893544 started by @fgferre
